The transition doesn’t end when you get the job.

You may have rebuilt the external parts of life, work, routine, responsibilities; while still trying to work out who you are without the structure you left behind.

1:1 transition coaching creates space to make sense of where you are, decide where you want to go and build forward deliberately.

Coaching without the corporate theatre

Understand

What is actually happening?

What belongs to your old environment, and what still belongs to you?

Build

What do you want the next version of life and work to look like?

This is not about giving you a five-step formula. It is about asking better questions, challenging assumptions and helping you turn insight into action.

I've lived the transition. Now I help others navigate theirs.

After 11 years in the British Army, I made the move into the corporate world. On paper, it was a straightforward career change. In reality, it meant adapting to a completely different environment, questioning what I knew, and rebuilding parts of an identity that had been shaped by years of service.

Since then, I've built a career leading change, supporting teams and helping people navigate uncertainty within complex organisations. Along the way, I've developed my experience in coaching and mentoring, with a growing focus on the human side of change — the part that often gets overlooked.

What I've learned is that transition isn't simply about moving from one role or environment to another. It's about understanding who you are when the familiar structures, expectations and sense of purpose begin to change.

That experience, both personal and professional, led me to write Combat to Corporate: The Rewiring.

Today, my focus is on helping others navigate their own transitions with greater clarity, confidence and a stronger sense of what comes next.

Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy or medical treatment.

If someone requires clinical or mental-health support, coaching may not be the appropriate service and professional healthcare support should be sought.

Start with a conversation.

No pitch. No obligation.

Whether you're preparing to leave service, finding your feet in civilian life, or questioning what comes next, the first step is simply a conversation.

Tell me a little about where you are and what you're looking for. I'll get back to you personally to arrange an introductory call.
